What this website collects
When you inquire, ZBest Travel collects the contact details, preferences, and trip information you choose to provide. Anthony Grushevsky uses this information to respond and discuss travel services. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How information is used and stored
The inquiry form sends your request to Anthony by email using Resend. It does not create a client profile. Accepted requests are encrypted in a temporary delivery queue hosted by Cloudflare while delivery is attempted. The active queue copy is removed when delivery is confirmed or the request permanently fails. Automatic cleanup is scheduled to remove undelivered requests within seven days.
Email in Anthony’s Google Workspace inbox is kept as needed to answer your request and arrange travel. Email providers and hosting providers may retain delivery records, message copies, or recovery backups under their own retention policies. Removal from the active queue does not erase those separate copies.
Protection against spam
When you open an inquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection signals, including your IP address, to help distinguish people from automated traffic. It runs invisibly. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details about this processing.
Requests that fail the form’s checks are not saved or emailed by the application. For accepted requests, protected fingerprints help limit submissions and prevent duplicate emails for 24 hours. Short-lived delivery references track success or failure without retaining your message after its queue copy is removed.
Travel partners
When you ask Anthony to arrange travel, relevant information may be shared with the booking agency, hotels, and other travel suppliers needed to handle your request. Payment and identity documents are collected through the appropriate booking process, not this public inquiry form.
Security and retention
The website uses encrypted connections, access controls, and limited request data to protect against abuse. Information is kept as needed for your inquiry, ongoing client relationship, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing . Some records may need to be retained for legal or booking-related requirements. You may also ask Anthony to stop contacting you.
Website storage
The public inquiry form keeps your unfinished answers in memory while you use the page. Access to this private preview uses the hosting platform’s authentication cookies. This version does not use advertising trackers.
